Hickory Flat volleyball hopes tough early season tests pay dividends later in season
The Hickory Flat Lady Rebels have played a grueling early season schedule that has included powerhouse north Mississippi squads like Corinth twice and Kossuth.
They are hoping these grueling contests will it off and prepare them for a playoff push later this year.
The Lady Rebels play several 4A and larger teams this season before their division slate opens September 10th at East Union.
Trips to Ripley and to Kossuth plus hosting Lafayette the week before division play starts should being out an age old adage: iron sharpens iron.
By the time the playoffs roll around, the Lady Rebels hope to be sharp and hardened for a run like 2018.
