Hickory Flat gets come from behind victory over Falkner

The Lady Rebels picked up a hard fough 11-8 victory in an away game against Falkner on Thursday.

Hickory Flat found themselves down 7-6 after 5 innings in the back and forth contest, but found a way to grind out 5 runs in the final 2 innings including 4 runs in the final frame to secure the win.

Madison Weeks led the way with 3 runs scored. Jordan Bennett and Ally Gresham each had multiple hits. Erin Hancock had the lone extra base hit with a double. Hannah Mason reached base 3 times and notched 3 stolen bases.

On the mound, Weeks picked up the complete game victory and ended the day with 8 K’s.
