Lady Rebels win second straight division championship

The Hickory Flat Lady Rebels found themselves in familiar territory last night: hoisting the 2-1A division championship trophy.

They won their game and their second straight championship against the West Union Lady Eagles by a score of 72-55.

The Lady Rebels R’Daztiny Harris and the lady Eagles Annie Orman squared off in a scoring battle, with Orman pouring in 34 and Harris notching 32 in the victory.

Laney Teel added 19 points while Hannah Mason got 11.

Hickory Flat is at home Monday night against Biggersville, the #4 seed from region 1-1A.
